It's also a vintage nama-shu and a yamahai!

I think Gonyi Goh-san was not so good at Yamahai, but he was kind enough to join us!

I was a bit hesitant to try it, but for me, it was totally fine!
The richness and richness of the vintage sake and the freshness and pizzazz of the nama-shu are well blended without fighting each other.
The lactic acidity of the Yamahai (mountain hakai) brings it all together nicely 👍.
