Before the gathering, we had a drink at a corner bar.
Shirakiku Tokubetsu Junmai Shu (special junmai sake) with three types of yeast and koji brewing: Chimera - Nama-shu.
From the first aroma of sourness, the freshness and deep sweetness of the unpasteurized sake gives it a rich and smooth taste.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
I've been wanting to try Chimera's nama-shu since last year or the year before, so I'm glad I did.
