sikamaruA nice hanayo. It has an elegant fruity aroma, a clean Junmai Daiginjo flavor, and a strong umami sweetness. Personally, I prefer Miyamanishiki Junmai-Ginjo, which I drank before, because it has an alcohol taste, or what I call a traditional sake taste. However, on the second and third days, the flavor seemed to settle down and I gradually came to like it. It might be good to drink it with a little time.
