morkzg
Textbook arrangement of ginjo aromas: apple, pear, pineapple, bubblegum, lychee. They do not leap out of the glass, but force you to search them out in the glass, only to ambush you all at once. Pure and refined.
The palate is big, bold, and decidedly punchy. Strong acidity from the tropical fruit notes, and then an interesting umami layer that then leads into rich, nutty chocolate notes.
Finish is medium long, with a very clean, but not that crisp, finish.
It's a junmai daiginjo.
