Seishun 18 Ticket Trip Day 2, Kii
I paid a visit to Koukouji Temple and Negoroji Temple, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, and also went to drink Kurumizaka, which I had wanted to drink for a long time!
We tasted three kinds of sake at Negoroku.
Nihonjo Hatsu Shibori
Smooth taste with a gentle sweetness.
Fresh and slightly fruity!
The umami aftertaste is beautifully spread and disappears quickly, so it is good as a food sake.
Teppoutai Junmai Ginjyo Genshu
Firmly mellow.
The acidity and bitterness are characteristic, and the taste is deep and satisfying.
Kurumazaka Junmai
The aroma has a honey-like sweetness like maple syrup.
The mellowness and lactobacillus-like richness are exquisite and I liked it very much!
The complex flavor is well balanced by the acidity. ✨️
