Autumn "Gurutonmi-Chigasaki Motomachi 2025" has begun!
First of all, we decided to visit "Eel Skewer and Small Dishes Hayakawa," which opened in June and was our first restaurant to participate.
The sake is slightly dry, sharp, and has a good balance of acidity and bitterness.
Drinks for the event were highballs and snacks were eel skewers (strips of salt and sauce, plus three additional strips of kurikara).
This sake is an additional drink 😅😋.
