So, sake! Today we went to the Shinjuku Sohonten branch of the Sake Cost Sake Brewery for the first time in a while.
I was about to look at the menu for my first sake when a familiar staff member came up to me and offered me this. Abe Formal Haut 2023.
It was so sweet and sour and carbonated. It's like drinking juice. It's so fresh.
