I've always wanted to drink it, but for some reason, I never got around to it until now.
I opened the bottle with longing.
It starts with sweetness and has a moderate acidity,
It has a moderate acidity, and surprisingly, the gas is felt and it goes away smoothly. Delicious.
I was expecting a more fruity sweetness,
I quite like this type of sake.
It is a raw sake, so it is to be expected,
The taste deteriorated noticeably after 3 days after opening the bottle.
The best time to drink it is from the first day to the second day.
