We went to a new standing bar. Well, they mainly serve wine, but they also have a natural sake and two other types of sake, all of which are kept at room temperature. They were serving a cocktail of Shizen-shu (natural sake) and Nigori (sake made from the yeast of the same name) mixed with carbonated water and lemon juice, so I tried it.
It was easy to drink.
But I would prefer to drink it chilled as it is.
