This brewery was relocated from Gifu Prefecture to Hokkaido.
This was due to the aging of the brewery and global warming, which made it difficult to brew sake as before!
Higashikawa Town in Hokkaido is a camera 📷 town.
Near the roadside station, there was a ramen restaurant called Ramen Ezo. It was so good that I used to go there to eat whenever I stopped by Higashikawa Town, but it is now closed 😖.

The water is delicious and so is the sake🍶.
The sake was very tasty, although it was low-polished rice, which is very popular these days!
