It has been a long time since I have had Hiwada.
I had a feeling I had had this Junmai Ginjo with a raw yeast yeast. I don't think I had ever had it😅.
It tastes like a prince melon with a hint of banana. It has a thin, wrinkled umami taste with a clean aftertaste.
But the next day, the aroma gradually increases and it tastes like chocolate.
This is a bottle that you should take your time and enjoy the changes in taste.
