On our last night in Nagano, we will have Gokotsuru, which we bought at Shinshu Kurado in front of the station 🍶.
It is my first active nigori. The moment you open it, the carbonation rises, and the oriels mix together all at once.
The aroma is slightly lactic acidic and sour. After the dry spiciness, the sweetness and sourness gradually remain in the mouth, and it is delicious when paired with boiled nozawana (nozawana greens) 💨.
