ミッチャンミチミチ
This is the most standard label Junmai Dry Taste of Abe-kan. However, I like this one the best.
As the name suggests, the dry taste is so refreshingly light that it is hard to believe it is junmai sake. It is a perfect partner for fish dishes.
Come to think of it, my first encounter with this sake was at a famous sushi restaurant in Sendai, where it was recommended to me.
Since then, I have been in love with it so much that I go to the neighboring prefecture every month to buy it and make it my regular sake!
