Tanabata 🎋 Date 7 will not be available this year. It won't fit in the fridge.
I bought this Yaemon on my trip to Aizu.
The label is upside down. It seems to be a limited edition sake from a plant shop in Aizu. The store has an American taste or playful spirit, so it is not like a liquor store. It is an ocean.
Maybe it's because it's upside down. It's like a summer sake. It has an acidity like a prematurely ripe muscat. It's a bit bitter. I was surprised because I imagined it was the honjozo that I drank at the hotel.
It is good to drink on a hot day. I drank it with ice.
