It has a bit of a "kusei" taste, but it disappears quickly, so you can drink it without worrying about it.
It tastes a little acidic and light. I don't think it has that much of a sake taste.
People who don't drink much may be nervous when they hear the word "kamishige", but this kamishige is not that bad, so it is easy to drink.
