Today we got some Genmai that had been sitting in the fridge for over a year 😋.
Elegant aroma and soft mouthfeel😊Comfortable sweetness and acidity😀It also has a nice kick after drinking 😚👍✨It's still a delicious sake 😘.
The fourth one was my debut Fuji Soba when I went to Tokyo for work 😚I wanted to try this restaurant once since it is not available in my hometown. The soba with Kanto dashi broth was also delicious 😋.
