This sake is a rare sake, which is a kijoshu, muddy, and unpasteurized sake.
Unlike recent modern kijoshu, it has a classical atmosphere with low acidity, but with the addition of muddiness and shuwashuwa, it has a new sensation! It is a new sensation!
