シベハス
I bought a small bottle to compare with Kameizumi's CEL24. I chose a 50% daiginjo with a matching polish.
First of all, the aroma of Kameizumi was stronger, while Kaygetsu was only slightly. I could even taste apples at the back of the bottle.
When I drank it, it was surprisingly sweet, dark, and thick.
The spiciness of the alcohol seemed to linger.
I had heard that it was somewhat dry, and that was the image I had, but after a while, when it became a little lukewarm, I couldn't tell the difference between it and Kameizumi.
