At room temperature.
Sweet, with a nice aroma of three-toned sugar.
Very soft and tender in the mouth.
The sweetness with a sense of purity comes in easily.
It has a mild umami taste with a pungency of alcohol.
It is light.
Aftertaste is ripe acidity and softly decaying.
It has a good mouthfeel, but the umami is somehow lacking.
Would it be different if it were warmed up?
Firefly squid with nabana miso goes well with sake.
