ヒンナA brand I've never had before, Chievijin.
The liquor store I go to always has year-round products on the shelves, so I've been putting it off because I felt safe enough to buy it anytime.
This time, they had a special Junmai Bizen Omachi, which is not available all year round, so I thought it was a good opportunity to buy it. It is called "Metallic Chievijin" or "Meta-chichi".
The aroma is subdued, and the taste is sweet and umami, but not so thick that it's easy to drink. I thought it would be more glamorous, but it's good.
