Today I participated in an event called Fushimi Baru.
The first place I visited was Fujiwara, a restaurant with the atmosphere of a renovated brothel. This Eikun is dry but mild, with just the right amount of rice-like flavor. I love all Eikun.
We enjoyed it with excellent sashimi.
It was an enjoyable day.
