When the bottle is opened, the gas escapes in a pusher. There is a pleasant gassy feeling in the mouth. It tastes like apples.
The alcohol content is said to be 17%, but it is so easy to drink that you don't feel it.
Incidentally, the entrée is a curing pot from MUJI, which I was curious about. The rich flavor and moderate acidity of Hagi no Tsuru was in harmony with the unique taste of the cure nabe with its 16 spices, but also had a strong presence.
