ヒラッチョ
Original Junmai-shu from Kawanishiya Sake Brewery of "Tanzawa" bought at a liquor store (Kishidaya Sake Shop) near Nagatsuta Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line.
On the winter solstice, we paired it with simmered pumpkin and oden.
This junmai sake has an excellent warming effect and goes well with Japanese dishes with dashi broth and side dishes for everyday dining.
It is not too hard like Sanin sake, but has a softness and mellowness to it.
