It's been a while since we've had sake outside. The first sip is umami! (), but after the second sip, it's slippery. I like it: ★★★★* Quotes below Kawaguchi Natto, a fermented soybeans shop in Ichihasama, Kurihara City, which is well known and popular throughout Japan. Kawaguchi Nattou's "Miyamanishiki" is grown in his own paddy fields in Ichihasama-Tai, Kurihara City, and this sake is brewed by Wataya, a Kanenoi Sake brewery.
