This sake has a melon-type aroma and gassy sweetness.
I enjoyed it with motsu nabe (hot pot).
It is becoming increasingly difficult to buy this sake, but if you have a chance to buy it, I would definitely like to buy this delicious sake. When I used to buy it at the brewery, it was in early spring.
It was sold before the end of the year and ran out quickly.
Ten years ago, I drank it while watching cherry blossoms.
