Following the last time, we tasted W purchased from Kagiya Sake Shop♪
This time we tasted it with Yamada Nishiki. It was smooth, gentle and well-balanced. It had a hint of juiciness like an apple. Today we enjoyed it with boiled sausage with lemon flavor, minced eggplant stuffing, and Tenshindon rice, and I got the impression that it did not lose at all😄.
The sweetness is enhanced when lukewarm, but the sharpness increases when heated. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, and it washes off nicely.
I basically buy one bottle. There are only a few items that I can find, but it's interesting to be able to drink it in various ways 😄.
