こるね
<Slightly sweet al. with a hint of sourness.
Following the previous "Gokujo Honjozo", this is Miyanoyuki's Junmai. This brewery is famous for Kimmiya shochu. This one is also classic. We are looking forward to seeing the difference between the local sake Honjozo and Junmai. Let's drink it right away.
The aroma is subtle, and the rice sweet and sour al classic.
The mouthfeel is sururi pale → sweet and tasty acid al mildly.
The taste is quite similar to the Honjozo, even though it is naturally different from the Honjozo. Except for the acidity, they are very similar. It is a junmai, but it even has the same alsophilic taste. Interesting! It was a quiet and beautiful Junmai sake.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Yuko from "Ears to the Past". A quiet, slightly sweet and sour, nice girl.
Oh, yesterday's Honjozo was Yuko, so we read the name the same way.
