The aroma is subdued but pure apple and grape. It has a round and juicy rice-derived sweetness, a tangy and pleasant acidity, and an apricot flavor that goes through the nose. When cooled, the sourness becomes even more pronounced, but it is well balanced all the way down to the throat, and the sip is highly satisfying.
