Light snow today. It's getting colder, which is good for drinking Fukamari. We started with hiya (sake), followed by lukewarm sake, according to the label on the bottle. Seasonal fit for the season: spinach with pork and black sesame seeds, namulu style.
The hiya...tastes a little harsh. The harshness of the sake's yeast yeast yeast is more noticeable this time.
I would like to say that it is delicious... but my physical condition is not so good today. I am still a little annoyed by the unique strength of the sake. I wonder if it's because the leftover Izumibashi from the last time I had it on an empty stomach was quite effective. The condition of the drinker is also important.
