It has a gentle but gorgeous aroma.
When drunk with a sake cup, it has a fine acidity and a smooth texture with a rice flavor that stains the tongue.
The rich umami is accompanied by a slight sweetness that sticks out, and the bitter aftertaste quickly fades away, leaving a gentle bitterness in the aftertaste.
Personally, I think this brewery is one of the best in Fukui.
The gorgeous aroma is rare, but this year's bottle is also delicious.
