Today's sake is "Tasake Special Junmai".
A few years ago, a native of Aomori told me that it was hard to find even in his hometown, but recently I've been seeing it in many places.
I guess this one is the most basic type.
So we had it with cold sake.
The aroma is mild.
The taste... I see!
It's refreshing and delicious! It might be one of my favorites.
Maybe it's because I've been drinking a lot of juicy, sweet sake lately, but I feel relieved to be back to my roots.
It also tastes good hot.
I thought it might be good to keep it on standby in the fridge for when I'm tired of drinking it loudly and flamboyantly.
