While it has a flavor typical of traditional sake, it also has a clean impression with little cloying taste.
After a moment of smelling cooked rice, the sake's umami and a touch of sweetness are quickly followed by a crisp finish. It is light.
It seems to support the fat of ara-ni-ni while quickly draining it away.
It gives the impression of being a neatly dressed person at a popular bar.
I like this better than the standard "spicy tanba" here.
It's a nice New Year's Day.
