Purchased at my favorite liquor store.
The aroma was not as pleasant as that of rice wine, and the smell of alcohol was stronger than the aroma of rice.
The taste was lighter than the previous tasyu I had tasted, and the aftertaste was a bit bitter.
I had high expectations for this rice wine, but to be honest, it may have been a disappointment...
It may change over time, but I have a feeling that it will only get worse as it oxidizes...
