After the Bishu Competition (8)
We went to Ikoma-san to pick up the sake that was left there for us.
It was around 19:30...
I reported that I had met the brewer of Kamosho Sake Brewery, and the owner let me try some sake that he had obtained in Saitama and Ibaraki!
First was Kanmei, which I had a good impression of at the Kunisake Fair.
As I mentioned before, this seems to be the originator of Kanmei!
I think it's a hiyaoroshi version of the sake we had at the Kokusake fair 🤔.
It has a modern taste but not too modern, sweet and tasty!
It was just as good as the one I had before 😋.
I wonder why it's so delicious but not well known?
I think it's no wonder it's so popular!

That's Saitama. It's pompous Saitama.

Nochi-san I thought you were hiding too much, even though there are more disappointing tasting sake that are nationally known 😅.
