Also outdoor drinking. This is a product of Sakura Masamune, the original Masamune of Nada. Association No. 1 yeast was originally isolated from Sakura Masamune's sake mother, but it has long since been lost and has been restored after several decades.
The taste is light, light and dry, with just the right amount of acidity to keep you from getting tired of drinking it. I drank it with curry, and felt it went well with fatty food.
