The aroma is slightly tangy.
It has a slight twangy aroma, but it does not have the aroma of a ginjo-shu.
In the mouth, there is a little fresh sweetness like pears.
After that, the sourness comes quickly. As the name suggests, it reminds me of plum.
Further alcoholiness follows ‼️
Slightly stronger alcohol feeling like a mature sake 💦.
As the name says, it is a sake for connoisseurs 🍶.
Not my favorite strain.
I was 10 years too early.
