I was attracted by the label of a swallow and bought it.
When you open the bottle, you can feel sawdust in the air.
When you put it in your mouth, you can clearly feel the sawdust smell.
I was surprised because I thought that Nagano sake does not have sawdust smell.
It has a lot of umami, but I don't like this aroma.
I will try heating it up.
