Aroma: Yamahai, Taste: Yamahai, complex sweet and sour.
I don't dislike this kind of sake, though there are more and more of them lately. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
It's a little too refreshing, so I want something heavier with a stronger Yamahai flavor! It is a sake that makes me think, "I want a heavier sake with a stronger Yamahai flavor! Maybe it's just me?
