First of all, I opened the bottle😅This time it took about 10 minutes (maybe I was too careful ❔) to open the bottle as the yeast was healthy. So I couldn't drink the supernatant because it was completely mixed 😅.
The aroma is lactic like calpis 🎶😋.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the piquancy and gasiness, and it still tastes like a lactic acid drink, but it is not as sweet as I thought it would be. I also feel a little bitterness at the end 🎶😋 but it is easy to drink and very tasty 🎶😋😉 I will drink the top clear tomorrow: ✨️
