Koshinokanbai純米吟醸 浹

うなろー
Koshino-Kanmei, Pearl. It seems to be read as Amane. The label says it is moist, soft, and straightforward to drink, but I think it is a little different. It is not like Koshino-Kanbai, it has a strong pertinence, and you can feel the alcohol quite a bit. The alcohol content is not high, but why is that? I can't help but be bothered by the alcohol taste, so I can't really taste it. However, the rich, mellow flavor that surpasses the alcohol content does not come through, and although it may be an extreme expression, it feels like you are holding the alcohol in your mouth the whole time. I think it is at the level of paper-packaged sake. It seems to be a new world for Koshino-Kanbai, but I wondered where they were going with it.
