Tonight's toast is #Bunkajin Jungin Obake Label from #Arisawa Shuzo in Kami City, Kochi Prefecture.
It's finally a summer sake, but it was a bit hot and humid today, so it's nice and refreshing. It has a sweet and greeful taste with a pleasant bitterness to finish it off.
I had miso tanmen with lots of vegetables for lunch, and afterwards I bought some sake that I was not familiar with.
