After taking a bath, I decided to have a glass of highball...
A glass of chilled Kenkunichi with a side dish of red fish marinated in sake lees 😄🍶.
I picked up this rare label of Kenkunichi, which I have never seen before.
It has a firm, umami taste of rice and a nice crispness while still being moist.
It is a good sake that is more dry, but you can feel the careful work that has gone into polishing it up nicely 🙇.
It was a good bottle of sake that conveyed the Kenkunichi character 😊.
It was extremely delicious 👍👍👍👍
