The first sake of the new year is this one made with Nachi no Taki holy water!
It seems to have some kind of miraculous power, doesn't it?

There is no aroma - grapes for a moment? It makes you think it is a grape for a moment, and then it disappears.
The mouthfeel is very refreshing - as the sake temperature rises, you can taste a little acidity and sweetness.
It is truly a pure sake!
