Sake from Rikuzentakata, hit hard by the earthquake.
Purchased at the event.
It seems to be a rare sake, with only a few bottles produced.
It was a miracle that I could buy it.
The name "Tategami" comes from the local Tategami beach.
The sake rice is from Iwate Prefecture.
The taste has a moderate acidity and rice flavor.
It has a pleasant mouthfeel and makes a good food sake.
Goes well with nabe (hot pot) and fish.
It is better served cold than heated.
