Junmai Daiginjo, which uses the same rice cultivated by the brewery, has a tropical fruit aroma as shown on the label, a soft mouthfeel, a slightly white wine-like sweetness, and a refreshing acidity.
It is a slightly low-bodied, but umami daiginjo with the proper presence of the unique flavor of the brewery, and has a pleasant balance of a soft, elegant, gentle aftertaste despite its instantaneous refreshing impact.
