The third sake of last night was Kamo Kanehide from Higashi-Hiroshima City. The autumnal (and Hiroshima-esque) label is very eye-catching.
Compared to the previous two glasses, it was a bit more robust and dry, and although I am not a fan of strong sake, it was not that strong. It was delicious and went well with the tempura and meat.
Hiroshima also has a lot of good sake.
Last night we went from Akita to Fukui to Hiroshima, and by coincidence we had a good balance of north to west. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
