The last week I drank a two-fermentation brewery and this time I drank a five-fermentation brewery.
The differences are
No pesticides, no fertilizers, and brewed in wooden vats
and wooden vat brewing.
My impression
A little more effervescence and a milder mouthfeel.
It was as fresh and tasty as ever, and I was very satisfied with it 🍶.

When the bottle was opened, there was a pop of energy that I didn't expect.
