I forgot to mention that this was also tasted at a liquor store. It's a different brand of sake from the Yamori brewery. I drank it outside and was very impressed with it. It was fruity and sweet. You can buy it elsewhere, so we didn't dare buy it. The rice is the same as in the Yamori brewery, Yatan Nishiki. What is the difference? Yeast?
