I missed buying this one last year, so this is a new bottle for me!
Haneju Homare is a rice developed by Jyushiyo's Takagi Sake Brewery, and only a handful of breweries are able to handle it.
The taste is sweet and delicious like Kangiku, but with a very gentle sweetness like Wasanbon.
It has a shwashiness from the moment you open the bottle, but after the second day, it settles down and has a milder flavor, which I like!
Rice polishing ratio: 50% (100% Hashu Honor produced in Yamagata Prefecture)
