My favorite sake brewery, Kouji!
It's a fire-brewed version of the Byakuya sake that I drank before, and I found it in my shopping bag.
The aroma is already juicy and soft 😳.
The taste is a little thick and gentle sweetness spreads out, but it's light bodied.
The acidity is also added and the balance of sweet and sour is perfect, it tastes like ripe melon and honey, just what I was looking for, happy happy 😋✨.
It was so delicious that I regretted having to empty it in two days 🥰.
